"Great the host allowed us to check in early free of charge"

Great that we could cook our own food.

Location. It was in a rather shady kind of area. With some rather unsavoury people hanging around near Kroger, the bus stop and Burger King area. We got spat at by a local for just being at a bus stop outside MASE and sent out of Kroger for carrying a rucksack which we used to pack shopping in. I wouldn’t choose to stay in this area again

"Clean, cozy apartment. Smelled very well."

Location - 20 minute bus ride to Beale street.

Check out indicated 10am to 12pm. Received text: Must check out at 10am. Discrepancy. No early check in unless you want to pay $25 extra. No iron or ironing board.
