"Clean, comfortable and quiet."

the whole facility was very clean everywhere, also quiet. I wasn't expecting it to be a single room, but i appreciated being able to sit in the shared lounge to do some reading.

It would have helped me feel more secure if it had been explained to me when i arrived how to make the door secure. Then I wasn't sure how many others might have known the door code.

In Hamilton for a tennis tournament and just a short walk to the courts, supermarket etc. Facilities were great and excellent value for money.
