Sweet Home between CBD and University

Rebecca was very friendly and when she realised I was travelling with my 86 year old mum, she moved us closer to the toilet . She even made us blueberry muffins on our last morning. The place was spotless. There were facilities to cook and a shared living room, where we could eat our food. Great location near the lovely Hamilton gardens. Very good value for money.

The only thing that could be improved is coathangers in the cupboard. I forgot to tell them.

We really enjoyed staying here: communication was great, the beds were great, we slept really well. The location was good - we were close to several different Indian restaurants and a few shopping centres, and it was so close to the city centre. The owner was super nice, and everything felt clean and attended to. We met some other lovely travelers there, as well. Tea and coffee was available in the kitchen, and in the morning there were freshly baked muffins!

The room itself was neat and clean. There were tasty muffins available in the morning. I could have a good talk with other travellers. The bathroom was good and clean. At night it was not noisy.

During the day it was very noisy. The host didn‘t greet my on the first day and her English was rather limited. I could barely use the sockets with an adapter, I wonder why. I saw another family couldn’t enter their room for half an hour because the door lock didn‘t work. The kitchen was slightly dirty, but not too bad.

It’s better to have curtains that can fully cover sunlight. People from outside can see through your windows. Not so private

everything was very clean and organized. The lady that runs it, was super friendly and lovely.
