Everything needed was provided Very clean. Very attentive and communicative owners Beautiful property grounds. Quick walk/drive into town and beaches Ferry port to mainland is a 3 minute drive away. TV with Netflix Had A/C Nice private outdoor space

Ants came in but the owner responded very quickly and there was no issue afterwards To throw out garbage, you have to walk about 400 meters uphill but it's bc the town is renovating the sewage/waste system

As in photos one can see on the internet, everything is new, clean, tidy. .... except for the terrace, that looks a bit undewelming in photos, but was actually really cool - it is simple, but very private. - No one can see in your room, nobody passes near by, and there is a tree that keeps shade on your table until late morning, so you really can eat and have a peaceful cup od coffee outside. Really good price. Nice location. Washing machine is a great plus. We asked host for a local olive oli, and got a great deal as well. And need i say more about Brač itself? It does not let you down, ever (here are a few pics of Sumartin 😎 ...)
