Situato nella zona storica e centrale di Tonadico non è semplicemente un alloggio, ma un posto nel quale ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio, arredato in stile trentino con pezzi d'epoca. Nelle vicinanze si trovano un piccolo supermercato Coop (attenzione agli orari, talvolta chiuso al pomeriggio) e un panificio raggiungibili a piedi oltre ad altre piccole attività commerciali.
