The place is very close to the city center and it’s a cozy apartment with a beautiful bathroom

I’d expect the apartment cleaner, also there are missing some kitchen stuff like cutlery (there was only 1 fork for example), only 1 glass and 2 mugs. Also there weren’t any hand soap and soap for plates :/

My stay was disappointing due to significant cleanliness and maintenance issues. The floors were dirty, the bathroom was moldy, and the furniture (nightstands) was rusty and corroded. The kitchen lacked basic cooking supplies. A major concern was the strong mold smell throughout the unit, which became overwhelming when the bedroom A/C was turned on. The apartment also lacks ventilation, making it feel stuffy. The shower has no door, causing extensive water leakage. Unfortunately, the condition of the property did not reflect its value. I cannot recommend it in its current state without these issues being resolved.

We had a lovely experience at Grigio, Nilie Hospitality MGMT. The apartment was modern, clean, and thoughtfully furnished—perfect for a comfortable city break. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Aristotelous Square and close to great restaurants, shops, and cultural sites. Despite being centrally located, it felt peaceful and private. The Wi-Fi worked well, the air conditioning kept us cool during the summer heat, and the kitchen had everything we needed for a short stay. It’s a great base for exploring Thessaloniki, and we appreciated the convenience and simplicity of the check-in process. Highly recommended for travelers who value location, style, and ease!

The apartment was in a convenient spot and had a modern feel, but we noticed some areas could benefit from better upkeep. A few small details—like cleanliness and comfort—fell short of expectations. With a little more care, this place could easily offer a much more enjoyable stay.

Όμως δεν λειτουργούσε το wifi, μέτριο σε καθαριότητα και το κρεβάτι είχε λακουβες

Amplasarea este foarte buna, aproape de centru, am putut lăsa mașină în parcarea de langa biserica Sf Dimitrie. Per total a fost curat apartamentul, cersafuri și prosoape curate. Anevoios și gălăgios însă dusul incorporat in camera..

Canapeaua nu este extensibila. Nu a fost facuta curățenie sub pat. Bucătăria a avut doar câteva furculițe, linguri și cuțite aruncate deloc igienic într-un sertar, nu au fost un set de macar 4. Nu există decât o oala mare, fara tigaie, ibric sau alte oale pentru gătit. Există o mașină de cafea, dar desigur fara vreo cafea oferita din partea casei.

Stan je renoviran,sve unutra je novo.Nalazi se na dobroj lokaciji mada je komšiluk malo bučan.Komunikacija sa vlasnikom je odlična i sve je prošlo glatko.

The location was very good you can go everywhere by foot, also free parking near the building

The wifi was not working at all. No network all day all night. And you could smell the moist in the room and the room was pretty dark.

The location of the room is very closed to the historical center. 15 min. by walk to the sea side. They allowed that we enter at 11:00 in the room. The haus has two rooms and has good design.
