The beddings..needs a new set.

Location was near the German Embassy (literally 5-min walk). It is located on the 41st floor. Unit was nice and sulit for the price. Host is approachable and helpful. Host also allowed me to have a late check-out.

Some missing items like tissue rolls, sponge. Kitchen light was not working. Blanket is too thin huhu

When I checked for rooms to stay around makati, this caught my attention and it exceeds my expectation when i entered the room. It's super clean, the decors are relaxing, fully functional household equipments, comfy bed and Alexa is even there to assist me with my needs!! 😍😂 ALEXA TURN OFF THE LIGHTS PLS 😂 All you need is in this room. The view of the balcony is super relaxing. Looking at people going with their daily lives and the breath taking view of the city light at night. The overall building of Air residence is stunning. At the 8th floor is the big lobby where you can work by since there are many tables, chairs and sockets to plug your laptop and the pool for children and adults. WILL RECOMMEND THIS TO EVERYONE!! When i come back to Makati, uunahan kita HAHA

I liked the view in the balcony, the led mirrors and it was a smart home (Alexa). And the owner was very kind and accommodating. Amenities were complete. AC worked well, made the whole unit more comfortable 👍🏻

Had a bit of trouble checking in (which also was partly my bad since I had not sent our ID’s beforehand). But yeah, the thought that you’d have to send your ID just for you to be authorized by the personnel in the reception is an inconvenience especially when you arrive exhausted and would appreciate to just go straight to the unit, instead of just giving the ID once you’ve already arrived since you already have your name registered on this platform. But then again, it’s not a hotel, have to follow procedures. The unit could’ve been cleaned more thoroughly. Still had some trash from the previous guests under the bed. Bathroom was full of water and/or soap marks.

Location, city view from 40 floor. Good and fresh appartment in premium-class building. Lighting voice control.

The furnishings is a little bit cheap. I stayed in the other appartment in the same building before and can compare. Not cozy white lamps.
