Everything was really great and clean and in a perfect location

I like how it was close to the surgery center that I needed to be at The host communicated quickly

I did not like how he stated the unit did not come with extra towels and I stayed there a whole five days I did not like how I wasn’t notified this is a Jewish community hotel and was not comfortable I don’t like how when I requested items it took forever for them to come like toilet paper things of that nature I don’t like how it’s a hotel but we cannot use all of the hotel immunities that was crazy that Client should know that this is a hotel and you can’t use the amenities and you need to bring your own extra towels you need to bring you don’t have a microwave You need to bring extra sheets cause they’re not gonna come clean the room or change the sheets during your stay I don’t like how the check-in they were confused it took forever to check in they tried to overcharge me for some things that I did not utilize they were trying to charge me an extra cleaning fee when I had already paid the cleaning fee the communication was off I don’t like that I also don’t like how expensive the parking was it was $38 a day that’s very expensive for the five days I was there it was over $200 for parking The food that was on the strip is mainly for Jewish people a lot of kosher food wasn’t good I found one spot that was good but other than that the food was garbage Definitely will never stay here again

we had a beautiful stay everything was amazing and and avi was exctremly accomidating to everything we needed. we cant wait to come again. c unger
