"Superb"

Well located comfortable and sized for one couple. There is secure parking in a garage below, with door opener. It has a full size fridge and freezer with utensils and some condiments. There is a nice rooftop pool, hotub and gym. Property is nicely located with 5th Ave 100 meters walk. The Central Playa, Cozmul ferry and ADO bus station are all walking distance from the apartment. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this place.

Best apartment ever! Absolute heaven - brand new place and super clean with everything you could need. Loved the pool area. Close to everything including bus terminal - 10 min easy walk to catch bus to airport.

The location was perfect and I felt very safe in the area being a solo female traveler. The WiFi was also strong enough to take zoom/video calls so great for any digital nomads. The rooftop is also gorgeous!

The power went out briefly on my last night but was up and running a few hours later. Not the property’s fault as it went out for the entire block.

The accommodation was good, it has a great location, and I stayed there again. The accommodation is as in the photos. Outside of the amount stated here on booking, an additional 55 dollars will be charged for cleaning before check-in. When I arrived, the cleaning was ok, except the floor was dusty, but I believe it was due to the work that is happening close to the place. The decor is very beautiful, the bed linen and towels are new and the kitchen and bathroom are very well equipped.

The only detail to improve is the shower which appears to be clogged and so the water comes out scattered and without pressure.
