Erstmal ist die Wohnung wunderschön - ein hervorragender Blick auf den See und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Die Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt und ist an der Piazza super gelegen. Ein riesengroßes Lob und Dankeschön geht an das Team von Alice! Der Kontakt war super und total unkompliziert - wann immer wir Hilfe benötigt haben, wurde sofort gehandelt und die Agentur war immer erreichbar! Das Team war außerordentlich gastfreundlich und total sympathisch! Das habe ich in diesem Maße so noch nie erlebt. Wir können die Wohnung und die Vermietungsagentur nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder! :-)

The hosts are really nice and answer questions quickly. The view is nice.

The free parking is a 10 minute walk to the apartment and there's alot of stairs involved. The apartment is up 3 flights of stairs. There is no central ac. They give you one towel per person for your entire stay and one roll of toilet paper. There's no breakfast. I would recommend staying at Hotel La Bussola instead.

Location was great. Right in the centre, incredible view and yet very quiet and peaceful at night. Sitting room very comfortable. Well equipped, given its size. Only used kitchen for breakfasts and salads so didn’t test cooking facilities. Managing staff very helpful and friendly.

Bed rather hard (for us at least, aware very personal) but good quality. Ideally different combination of pillows would be nice touch (for me one too high, two too low). Bedroom rather hot and a bit stuffy but opening window into stairwell (essential to use portable aircon unit, we didn’t) will let in many mosquitoes (you’re near a lake remember!). Would stay again but bring mosquito repellent plugs-ins and spray. This must be a general issue for the village and not just this apartment though and I must taste like ‘mosquito ice cream’ clearly!

Stunning second floor apartment on the main square overlooking the lake and the Isola San Giulio. Traditional elegant furnishings with modern facilities. Hosts Alice and Giorgio were helpful and attentive. Their office is 100 metres away in case of query. We ate at all five of their restaurant recommendations in the old town. We usually had breakfast in the cafe below our windows with the spectacular view but also at the bakery with home made croissants. The information about car parking was spot on. Giorgio met us in the square and helped with the luggage. We stayed five nights and enjoyed every minute - boats round the lake, the Sacre Monte, the island and the lakeside villages/ towns. We would happily stay again.

Be aware that the apartment is two floors up with steps to match. May not be suitable for anyone who has mobility issues.

The aopartment is very comfortable, clean and equipped with everything you need. In addotion we received a lot of good and orginized information regarding the ares, which we enjoyed a whole lot. (Mostly the routs to walk in and where to buy staff we neede).

There ia around 10 minutes walk from the parking to rhe appartment, and the appartment it self is located in the moat touristic area of the old part of Orta. Still insude it is quire, no lroblem. Still in order to buy groceries we had to take a drive outside the area,

This apartment was absolutely superb! It was incredibly spacious for two with stunning views of the lake and island San Giulio - a picture postcard every time you look out the windows! The king size bed is very comfortable as is the furniture - everything needed for your stay is provided.

Absolutely nothing
