Spacious, modern, clean, comfortable. Loved the layout and the garden is beautiful.

Might have been me but water temp for a bath was not very hot.

Lots of space with a well equipped kitchen, not that we cooked. Beds super comfortable. Shower in main bathroom was great. Lots of outdoor secure space, plenty of room for parking. Great location for a stroll into Broughton on the Water. Definitely somewhere we'd go back too. Responsive owner.

No TV in lounge and the flooring in some spaces wasn't good to walk on as was hesiene. Needed our slippers. Minor things. A few more lamps and pictures on the walls to make it a little more cosy. The heating on for when we arrived would have been Ideal. Didn't put us off though.

The location is great, it’s close enough to walk to the Main Street where the restaurants and pubs are. The house is spacious and has all the amenities you need. Everything was really new and well maintained. The fire was great and perfect this time of the year. Freddie was a great host and super helpful.

There was nothing not to like as it’s a comfortable home with all the amenities and we really enjoyed our stay there. It was a little hard to find for the first time if arriving in the dark so would double check location instructions before travelling to make it easier.
