Romantic Cottage with Private Hot Tub

Loved the cottage clean tidy and very comfortable Quiet location . The scenery was amazing. With lots of animals. Very friendly host .

Stunning location, so peaceful and beautiful. We loved saying hello to all the animals and wandering around the footpaths. Ivy House was clean and the bed was so comfortable- there was a bottle of Prosecco for us on arrival which was a lovely gesture. The hot tub was luxurious and the amenities were excellent.

We were happy to go offline but just be advised mobile reception is very limited and there was a WiFi issue in the area during our stay. It didn't bother us at all but if you are relying on satnav etc it could be an issue.

The perfect short birthday getaway in the middle of life's chaos. The location is beautiful, quiet, and secluded. The hot tub views were stunning, and the twinkly lights that come on at night make it more magical. The hosts were lovely with the small hiccup we had with the drains and also very accommodating when we needed to leave for a dinner reservation. Can't say enough good things about the place. It really is a break from reality in the middle of nowhere

We appreciated the welcome pack containing Welsh cheese, crackers, Welsh cakes and a bottle of Prosecco and we enjoyed it. The hot tub/jacuzzi was amazing.The cottage was clean, kitchen well equipped, bed comfortable and staff was welcoming and prompt to our requests (we asked for lighter/matches and wood for fire pit/barbecue). The sounds made by peacock made us wondering what creature is around...maybe big foot or Graffalo 🤣We enjoyed seeing the goats, the fatty cat, the peacock... It was really interesting to discover a grafting fir tree next to the cottage and to notice how close is to visiting points.

The lack of 100% privacy around hot tub at day time.

Fell in love with this place, so peaceful. The cottage we stayed in was more than big enough for two people. The bottle of Prosecco left for us and greeting card was a nice touch, also the milk in the fridge. Hot tub was clean and warm, also secluded and private. Shower was warm, bed sheets were soft. Kitchen had all the appliances required. Only regret is only booking for a day not a weekend.
