Abi static caravan close to Edinburgh

The facilities were very good. Plenty of tea and coffee facilities. The heating was good and the beds were comfortable.

Thank you so much. Excellent value for quality. We had everything we needed. Clean, well supplied and warm. The kids games and scooters were a nice touch too.

The smoke alarm kept going off when we were showering even with the vent/light on.

Location and overall complex of facilities. Key was well placed and timely information and guidance was provided about the facility

Facility was not prepared. LPG cylinder was exhausted and did not bother to check or refill. Once complained, it was only by midnight that cylinders could be replaced and heating system could function Refrigerator was empty without any snacks or drinking water After payment of hefty amounts, guest is justified to expect some welcome drink or snacks which was not provided

Bed in main bedroom is so comfortable and host is very helpful
