Spacious Central Executive 4 Bedroom Apartment

Clean. Comfy. Nice bed. Well equipped kitchen. Owner allowed us to early check in. Excellent value for money if you come with family. Nice view too.

Parking lot is slightly small, if you bring a van.

Everything but just one mistake is the cleanliness of the glasses in the cupboard. Other than that all perfect. It worth for money.

this townhouse was amazing, stylish decor, stunning Lake Wakatipu views (we even captured a beautiful rainbow!), super comfy for 8 adults, and only 4 minutes to town. The host was attentive and responsive, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. Loved every moment, including our trip to Glenorchy!

The location. It is very close to the town. Good for family travel. The landlord is very responsive in communication. The front door electric lock battery was low and they changed it in the next day.

When it rained, the rooms near the front door became very noisy. It seems the downpipe may not have been installed properly, causing water to overflow, and the noise was loud enough to wake us up. The vacuum cleaner filter may need to be replaced, it smells bad when use it.
