The room was small but adequate. The shower was very good and the host was lovely.
Bedding and towels on airer in kitchen/lounge. However I would be happy to stay here again.

Useful when going for cruise from tilbury docks. Kind owner gave us a lift to the docks. He was friendly and laid back no issues.
Not as close to train station as initially thought. Check buses or taxis if not driving. If arriving late contact owner first as he has to provide you with code for keysafe.

Listing and information was misleading - had to cancel with no refund and spend hundreds on another booking elsewhere. Lost out on 4 days booking and the host was unhelpful.
