Tilbury Docks Rooms for Short letting

The location of the property was within walking distance down the Fort Road to where I worked next to the River Thames. The hotel is also within walking distance to Co-op supermarket and the Tilbury Town centre. The rooms, bathroom and kitchen were superbly clean with new decoration. The way to collect the key was also quite top notch, with the key stored inside a password activated box at the entrance without the owner having to be at home. The WIFI was also top and stable. There was a TV in the room. Heating was also stable.

Not intended to be criticism but the owner may wish to consider changing the following aspects:- Partition a communal area for guests so as to not mix with owner's personal life; Provide communal breakfast, shower gel, toothpaste and toothbrush, and; Be more generous with cutlery and plates and allowing the guests to use the hob and oven, not just the microwave.

We didn't stay

We believed that we were booking the entire house, and when we arrived the host was there. The host was staying in the property, and we would have to share the property.

It was good place to stayed and nice staff

Bath items were not available

Ayo was extremely pleasant, he made me feel very welcome in his home. Any help I needed, he didn’t hesitate to help. The house was spotless and a great location to Tilbury Port. There was also parking.
