very comfy beds , great shower and nice balcony has ally the facilities that you need washing machine microwave etc

location is a little bit of a walk to the beach but not too far

Achraf, the Manager, was always very responsive and did his best to assure we have a good stay! Rouda, the cleaning lady, was very kind and helpful too. We loved the central location, 25 min to the Souk, 20 min to the Beach, parking slots in front, quiet neighborhood, small convenience store next dore.

The property needs a deep clean up in general and a solid check of the bath tubes and so on. The bed mattresses are too hard for a longer stay - we stayed 2 weeks. The carpet in the living room is too heavy and keeps lots of dust. It is better to remove it or to put something lighter in place. There was no cleaning offered for a longer stay, only upon special request. The length of the stay should be considered when organizing the in-house cleaning. The residence policy was not always respected by all guests, but in general it was a very calm stay in the heart of Agadir.

L’espace , la personne qui s’occupe de l’appartement est très sympathique.

L’appartement est en rez-de-chaussée ou les voitures se Gare,ils font beaucoup de bruit à n’importe quelle heure de la nuit! Le ménage pourrait être mieux fait

Car parking facilities, area is very quiet and there is a small shop within seconds of walking distance. Kitchen has no utensils/cutlery and the shower area could do with a good clean and uplift

Very difficult to find at first! No help from owner or admin staff. Location provided by WhatsApp is of a bike shop that dont exist. Staff really need to provide clear instructions or pictures to explain where the alartment is. No staff onsite to ask for towels.
