Assalama Residency city center by TCE

Die Lage der Unterkunft war ruhig und sicher gelegen. Die Entfernung zum Strand und in die Stadt war zu Fuß innerhalb 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Zum Souk waren es etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Gebäudemanager war freundlich und (zunächst) per WhatsApp gut zu erreichen. Neben der Unterkunft gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt mit freundlichem Personal. Zahlreiche, gute auch von Einheimischen besuchte Restaurants sind in der nahen Umgebung.

Die Sauberkeit und der Zustand des Appartements (Appartement Nummer 3) war katastrophal. Für den hohen Preis und was die Bilder und Bewertungen versprechen waren wir mehr als enttäuscht. Wir haben extra ein teures Appartement gewählt um Ärger und unhygienischen Zuständen zu entgehen. Die Sauberkeit und der Zustand vor allem im Bad war eine absolute Frechheit. Undichte Armaturen, dadurch ständige Überschwemmung des Bodens, Schimmel, rostige Armaturen, defekter Spiegel... In der Küche schmutziges und schmuddeliges Kücheninventar. Im Schlafzimmer defekte Möbel ... alles in allem absolut nicht zufriedenstellend. Auf schriftliche Kritik wurde nicht mehr reagiert. Auch über den Kundenservice von booking.com reagierte die Unterkunft nicht mehr. Zudem ist das gesamte Haus sehr hellhörig und das zuschlagen der klemmenden Eingangstüren ist auch im Appartement gut zu hören.

I like Absolutely nothing about this place as you don’t go Holliday every month and if it’s spoiled by the your hotel then that is a disaster

It’s a mission to find the hotel and even local taxi driver got frustrated we called about 5 times to get direction for the property no answer on the phone even taxi driver called them from his phone still no answer then eventually taxi driver dump us by a row of steps smelling of p** and urine Once we got in we find out the both shower drains not draining the water Some of the curtains were broken Literally not enough crockery upon inquiry about the crockery we were told we not getting anything else what ever is there that’s all we have to live with In the night around 1am security guard who was right out side of our the door was on the a video call to some laughing and joking call was only about 2 hours long not even realising we trying to sleep

Lack of kitchen equipment for cooking, maybe some basic cooking accessories, Ideally with such a big terrace sun loungers would have been ideal, bathroom was in poor condition and a little dirty and the lighting in the property was horrendous, a few side lights would be an improvement especially in the bedroom. Location was a little bit further out but that isnt the owners fault.
