Location great and clean. Also nice big rooms.

It is a bit noisy, can hear neighbours clearly.

The place was not cleaned when we arrived - beds used and bins not emptied

They lied about a 2 bedroom house.it was a flat one on the third floor.one of ten flats in a building.. bannister Very loose going up the first flight off stairs.not safe.televison not working no heating.we only stayed for one night out of three..thank god we got our refund for the other two nights.i would not recommend this property to anyone. ( Number 5 flat out of ten.so please be careful) look into any other properties like this one and lies.thanks john London. 6to9 September 2024.only stayed one night thank god.

It was modern and clean

There was all rubbish outside of the house very difficult to find the entrance that was behind the Kentucky fried chicken shop couldn’t find the number of the place. I was terrified that there were going to be rats running out of the rubbish as it was up as side lane, especially at night time. It was extremely hot in the apartment and I was afraid to leave the windows open because there were loads of pigeons on the windowsill. The bath was extremely slippery no bath mat provided and no rail. I nearly fell to bed was horrendous and we actually came home a night early because I couldn’t stand it any longer.

Leaving it

Laneway outside was had trash all over it and stunk, I know that sometimes this is out of the owners control but when I saw the rest I wasn’t convinced. Next door neighbours constantly fighting shouting at each out of the windows. Sand and toys and down the hall way. Nothing to hang your clothes up on after washing them (washing machine makes your clothes stink). And a room in the hallway filled almost to the roof with full rubbish bags. Flys all over it. It stunk. Felt unsafe. Broken fake floor boards not fixed and wasn’t comfortable. I’ve reached out to the owner as I had during the stay and have not received any reply.

We had a really lovely stay - great apartment in a very handy location. A perfect place to stay to explore Margate, and also close to the train station so we were close to Broadstairs and Ramsgate too.

Very very poor communication that caused lots of stress. A few days before our stay I got a message saying we'd recive check in details 24 hours before our stay. We did not. I messaged and tried calling multiple times and got no response. We were not able to enjoy the first half of our trip beacuse we were worried we were being scammed and wouldn't have anywhere to stay. We were only sent the information half an hour before check in but due to poor signal it only came through 7 minutes before. They could've just sent a message saying we'd get it right before check in instead of 24 hours. Really caused unneeded stress and worry. If you like organisation and good communication I would not recommend. Also a but pricey for what it was.
