Location was great, apartment was great!

Location & modern apartment were both great. Early access was appreciated - albeit the access info was left to the last minute - normally we always get this the day before arrival hence I was concerned that something maybe up. Tea / coffee / sugar was much appreciated, (although not the butter which was in a cupboard instead of fridge hence not used !)

I'm editing / adding this info as just seen his response to this saying there was "Major damages" and I tried to blackmail him - really !!! The damage was a small chip out of the toilet seat and we didn't know if it was like that when we arrived or not - he (video) proved it was ok before we arrived so we agreed & then billed us £70 for a new seat and I paid him the day he sent me the receipt. I have found out this isn't allowed as all damage claims MUST go through booking.com as per their damages polices where they "mediate" hence he's now been reported for bypassing their rules. He also asks you to put one of the keys back in the keysafe on the front door (while you're there) so for all we know the cleaner could have come back in and dropped something on the toilet seat while we were out. Don't deal with this jerk. Major Building Works going on in front and to side of property hence noise and dust during day (when on balcony). The pool are on top of the building doesn't open until 1 May - we weren't informed of this before arrival. Property is very small - especially the "bedroom" which is part of the corridor. Nowhere to put suitcases and small wardrobe (in corner) only enough room for 1 persons clothes hence you have to "live out of" 1 suitcase. No separate mirror for women to see when drying hair / putting makeup on. (only one was in bathroom but obviously no sockets in there) Shower tray drain was partially blocked meaning could only take a very short shower before it overspilled / several lights out / towel heater not working (which were reported & apparently fixed after we left - we don't like people coming in when our stuff is there hence not reported when we arrived). Noisy drunken person came back in the early hours shouting for 15 mins waking everyone up. Kitchen also small - no draining board for washing up items.

Très bel établissement. Proche du centre ville et de la marina. Excellent accueil par notre hôte qui a été à notre écoute et qui a répondu à toutes nos questions avant et même pendant le séjour. Une proximité très rassurante. Bel appartement avec un super balcon qui permet de manger dehors. Roof top très agréable avec piscine et spa. Gardien du parking très sympa. Il faut prévoir un budget d'environ 33 livres par 24 heures pour le parking. Ce qui reste tout de même très raisonnable par rapport au prix très intéressant de la location.

Lovely little apartment in Ocean Village so next to all the bars and easy walk into Casemates Square and Main Street. Nice balcony with views of the airport. Has the use of dmsauna, jacuzzi and pools although we didnt find time to use them. Was nice that some tea, coffee and toiletries were provided. We left some kitchen foil as we bought some for use inside the oven.

Its not a case of what we didnt like but a few little touches needed. - Small shelf in shower for toiletries so you dont have to bend down all the time. Not everyone is fully mobile. A small mirror on the bedroom area as only mirror is in bathroom which means the bathroom cant be used as you need the door open to use the mirror when drying hair. Instructions on how to use the cooker/dishwasher ... we struggled to work it at first. A helpful folder with info about rubbish disposal etc and how to access the facilities and times that you can use them would be a benefit. Maybe a couple of extra towels for pools etc.
