Very clean, with 1 private car park, water heater working, water pressure good enough, owner prepared a lot of slippers, strategic location, wifi speed good, owner is kind, big house, almost every necessaries available. Recommended.

Scissor and knife not sharp (already informed owner to sharpen it), no water filter at kitchen (I bought mineral water for cooking and drinking), not enough of power socket in room (luckily I brought extension).
