Poor quality slippers which is slippery n can’t walk in . No room service - collect yourself from kitchen . Early morning pick up of breakfast from dining location not conveyed to staff at dining entrance lead to inability to pick up n finally running back n forth between reception amidst check out ( knows nothing n unhelpful ) n kitchen finally locate staff inside kitchen giving us 10 empty boxes to pack breakfast ourselves !! Thought they should have prepack for us n ready to go .

룸 업그레이드 돼서 오션뷰에서 묵었는데 오션뷰가 미쳤어요 일몰이 딱 보여서 그냥 낭만치사량.. 신라스테이 다시 가면 무조건 오션뷰입니다. 숙소 안에 있는 카페도 창이 커서 바다 즐기기 좋아요. 룸 컨디션도 좋고 화장실 수압도 좋아요 이런 곳은 당연히 깨끗해야 한다 마인드인데 눈에 거슬리는거 없이 잘 지냈습니다!

주차장이 작아서 늦게 가면 지하에 주차하기 힘들어요

The location was great, a short taxi from the airport, right on the shoreline with easy access to the water and a short walking path. Near Aewol as well, so it was easy to get souvenirs and visit the restaurant Jimin & Jungkook visited (if you're interested). The outdoor pool was wonderful with a view of the waves, perfect temperature, and a jacuzzi and sauna to complete the experience. I only packed sneakers but it was easy to grab a cheap pair of slides from the in-hotel CU. I recommend trying the Jeju Black Pork Rice Noodles from their "snack" selection, too. I found the snack menu prices to be fairly reasonable considering. Room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were great. I love it when housekeepers tuck my stuffed cat into bed, and one of them folded my pajamas into a swan one day! Bidet in the bathroom with a heated seat is always a nice touch after a day of touring. I received a few coupons for the cafe and thoroughly enjoyed the view of the waves and recommend the pain au chocolat.

The price is definitely for the location being right on the water and the pool, so make sure you enjoy both of those thoroughly. I also have to agree with other reviewers, the breakfast was fine but perhaps overpriced. I love when hotel buffets allow me to sample/learn about local foods, but there was very little of that here besides a tangerine yogurt one morning. Still, it was a good way to start the day. Rooms aren't soundproofed; it was quiet enough for me in the off-season, but the location is popular with families, so be mindful of possible noise. My windows looked out to an open sidewalk that hotel guests can walk on at any time, which was a little awkward. There are also no opportunities to view the ocean unless you book one of the ocean view rooms or visit the (paid, public) cafe (no view at breakfast, no lounge, no view from the lobby). The hotel restaurant offers a small menu of items to order outside of breakfast hours, but it is NOT room service, I was a bit surprised to have to go to the lobby to grab it myself (though not a huge deal). The listing claims there is "Streaming service (like Netflix)" but this just means the TV CAN access YouTube or Korean TV if you have your own account and log in. For some reason I couldn't find Netflix on the TV in my room even if I wanted to log in with my own subscription. Overall, I found this hotel lacked the small touches that I look forward to when staying in a nicer hotel, so while there wasn't necessarily anything BAD about my experience, I am not jumping at a chance to stay again if I ever visit Jeju in the future.
