"Good for money"

- fresh design, light rooms - there is a lift in the building - very rare for Lisbon - good location: supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants - excellent public transport access, bus/train stop 1 min away - nice and almost new kitchen appliance

- some of the neighbours built a cat house right below the window with 5-6 cats living there, so be ready for cats' smell sometimes (not all day around) - the toilet is smelling and cleaning doesn't help, it just needed to be replaced
