Luxury Lakeview on Ardmore with Sauna

Spectacular location and Views!! High end finishes and decor! Felt like pure luxury.

It could be noisy based on proximity to restaurants and bars.

Well appointed right down to the superb entertainment system- every night was movie night :) Amazing view of the snow capped mountains from the living room. It’s like a picture itself . Central location of the property made everything very convenient too. We had a most comfortable and enjoyable stay - will love to stay again on our next visit. Thanks to the hosts too- very prompt and welcoming.

Really loved this apartment! It has a huge beautifully appointed open plan living area, is genuinely luxurious (with 2 spa baths, a sauna and a beautiful gas fireplace), is in a fabulous lakefront location, and has amazing views over Lake Wanaka to the mountains. We will definitely stay again!

Check-in process was a bit convoluted, but that was in part because we missed the pre check-in registration process email (Tip: don't miss it) and arrived after 5pm, so we had to navigate check-in in the dark via phone and What'sApp messages with the property management company's call centre. We were not made aware of the temporary refurbishment works going on in adjoining apartments and the restaurant below ahead of our stay, but they did not disturb us too much. There were some minor electrical faults during our stay which may have been related to the adjacent building works, but I'm sure would have been rectified by now

there were no working power points in the front bedroom or bathroom, and whilst this was known by the property manager ahead of my stay, it was not mentioned to me until it was time to checkout

Excellent location

Showers had no doors so you had to use a squeegee to clear water off floors. Pebbles on floor were uncomfortable. Pub across courtyard was VERY annoying. Told would close 9-10pm. Stayed open till 11.30pm. Drunks wondering around till after 12.30am. One of the TV's didn't work. The main lounge TV was very complicated to work. There ere 5 remotes for TV, sound bar, an amp?, dvd? No instructions. Pretty ordinary

Beautiful apartment with an incredible view. The rooms were comfortable, nice bathrooms, and close to everything in town!
