Great value for money for the group. Centrally located to study venue at Hazendal Wine Estate. Close to CapeGate mall which is in a working distance. It feels very safe too.

03-07 June 2024, was quite cold. More thicker blankets would’ve been great had it been offered. We ran out of toilet paper towards end of week. Replenish or leave additional in the house. The common shower needs urgent attention, water building up not draining out as fast as it should do. Roof and floor leaked - rain water was sipping through.
