"To much paid for what we got finally!"

Location in Newtown is ok. With lots of restaurants and caffees around. Robinsons and seven elleven also around the corner. Nice pool, tough no shady places!

Aircon was not properly working. No storrage for luggage. No rack for the wash to dry. No dark curtains! Bathrom was in a bad state!

Location and amenities. Room Layout is good and nice especially since it’s overlooking the pool

Not well cleaned. The bed was small with small sized blankets. Shower curtain seems not washed for quite some time

"There is a chance to be better."

Spacios appartement, good aircon, good beds, good Wlan, many shops and Restaurants nearby.

It is fundamental a nice appartement but it needs much more maintenance and care. When we arrived the air smelled mouldy.There was nearly no crockery in the kitchen, the kitchen cabinets were nearly empty. The oven was dirty and defect. We could not cook there, no drinking glasses, only coffee was possible. The faucet in the bath is very old and nearly no water came out. The toilet flush failed after one day and after a repair attempt by the house keeping the supply pipe was leaky. Attention: The Apartement lays not in cordova as displayed at the map in bookingcom, but in Mactan!

"Wonderful stay."

It has beautiful view of the pool, water, and also in watching airplanes landing and taking off. It is right next to Robinson’s making it very convenient for groceries, restaurants and not far from the beach. We enjoyed the beach and saw someone there promoting the island hopping and we had so much fun swimming at the beach and taking the island hopping. Great host and responsive with our needs. I would love to stay again and highly recommend it.
