Location was excellent, apartment was really well appointed with everything you could need, and all the rooms were a great size. Hosts were very responsive and friendly (and we LOVED the quirky lift)

Shower was a little slow to drain, the bed was a bit noisy and the occupants above us were quite noisy at times - but none of this would put us off staying again.

Great location. The apartment was well equipped including washing machine with dryer. It was also very well designed. Yair was a huge help and also helped us to arrange transport to the airport.

The lift, but wasn’t an issue as never let us down.

Excellent location downtown but in the same time secluded from the boulevard noise. Within walking distance to 3 Megaimage supermarkets where you can buy all you need and ready cooked food. 2 of these shops are open till midnight. Lots of pubs, restaurants, cooked food to take away, sweets and coffee shops around. The apartment is very clean, modern, perfect equipped with new appliances- stove, hood, kettle, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, large TV screens both in the living and bedroom areas, dishes, cutleries, frying pan, toiletries. We had also salt and sugar and a few coffee pods for beginning. We got everything we need to feel like home. Wifi signal is strong. The apartment is tastefully decorated in pleasant natural colours. Very comfortable bed. Also the keyless code access is very convenient, you don't need to share a key with your partner and you don't risk to loose it or be left outside and the key inside. But the most important aspect is the excellent communication with the host and their availability and willingness to solve any request for you. We had a minor issue with a blocked drain and our host managed to solve it in a couple of hours while we were out. I would give a 10 plus for the hospitality, customer service and responsiveness of our host. All the communication took place via whatsapp and I found it very convenient and efficient. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Bucharest.

Nothing. Everything was perfect. In spite of the appearance the elevator is reliable and it never let us down.
