Everything was just amazing: nice environment, kind and helpful staff, really worth the money.

+ everything new & fresh in rooms and with great atmosphere in hall + fully equipped kitchen with some little bonuses + good soundproofing - we never heard any neighbors! + enough lamps and light options, unlike in other hotels + well working 2 airco with options to gradually change settings as you like + great and speedy WiFi (I assume ~35mbit/s per device), we played even once Fortnite (zero lags) with my son + great location (beach in 5-10min of walk, far enough from over clouded Lido di Jesolo, good restaurant and some small supermarkets near by), park-like surrounding with enough trees and shadows. Rivers near by used a lot for fishing. + lots of parking place (on arrival you can park near the entrance ~4-6 places, then later you will find the large parking lot behind the hotel)

Ok, these are really minor things! If I knew these I would still definitely book this hotel! - chairs a bit uncomfortable to sit long with a laptop - The induction panel is a bit over sensitive to fat and water, and goes crazy easily (need clean well controls area and reset/off/on) - if you like to sleep with open windows - streets near by are loud sometimes with cars/motorbikes at 7-8 and then around 23 o'çlock, the rest of the hours it was fine. Beaches & water: The water at the nearest beach was clean only in the morning (first weeks in August 2025). But later (~after lunch) the river was bringing in the sea a bit of foamy unclear water -> better to visit beaches a bit further at this time. In the night/evening, the direction of water was changing back (sea goes in channel).

Struttura bellissima, curata in ogni dettaglio, sia l'appartamento che il ristorante e le zone comuni sono stupende, arredate con gusto. Colazione ottima. Siamo stati benissimo.

Ein sehr schönes, schickes, sauberes Aparthotel mit freundlichem und zuvorkommendem Personal. Tolle Bäckerei gegenüber.

Die Ausstattung der Küche war aufs nötigste reduziert.

It was a very nice place to stay and enjoy our holiday! The apartman was just like in the photos, clean and modern! We liked it very much! The location of the apartman was also good, the beach was 10 minutes by walking, nearby there are plenty restaurants! I can recommend it to everyone who wants a quiet and nice place for a vacation!

excellent service, comfortable room, it is possible to relax with pets - we visited the hotel with a big dog, everyone greeted him in a friendly manner 🫶🏻
