Apartments were so spacious and clean!

The elevator is extremely slow and no elevator to get to the first floor with bags and strollers

This apartment was gorgeous and perfect for my family with 3 teenage boys. The location was excellent and many great restaurants / shops/ tours are close by. The staff, particularly Marianne was friendly and helpful through out our stay answering all our questions. The restaurant downstairs where you have breakfast is great, and I suggest you have a dinner or lunch there as that was excellent too. Stay here if you can!

Firstly the staff were incredible. So responsive, kind, accommodating and welcoming - a fantastic team! The location was superb. So central and buzzy, yet once you get inside the property, so quiet. Close to the train station too which was great for a train ride to Cascais. The property has so much character, is spacious and airy and most importantly… fantastic air conditioning 🥲 particularly as we were in Lisbon during a heatwave! Check in and check out was easy and smooth and we were able to safely secure our luggage after checking out so that we could enjoy our final day before our flight. We would love to return!

Beautiful clean rooms, even better than the pictures. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were amazing. We will definitely return

Das Apartement war zwar sehr dunkel, aber geräumig und verfügte über gute DAIKIN Klima-Innengeräte. Sehr gute Zimmerreinigungsleistung. Das WLAN war äußerst leistungsstark. Die Lage ist für Touristen optimal.

Unser Apartment befand sich direkt über dem zum Hotel gehörenden Restaurant mit Bar. Hier wurde es nachts laut, Zigarettenrauch zog in unser Apartement. Am Bett gab es keine Steckdosen, um das Handy aufzuladen. Auch in der Küchenzeile reichten die Steckdosen nur entweder für den Wasserkocher oder den Toaster aus. Die Dusche war sehr eng und sehr rutschig. Die Drehschalter zum Ein- und Ausschalten der Beleuchtung waren sehr gewöhungsbedürftig. Der Tresor war sehr klein. Der einfache Kleiderschrank bestand nur aus einer Kleiderstange mit 10 Bügeln und einem Zwischenboden. Das Geschirr und das Besteck in der Küche waren abgezählt, sodass man nach jeder Mahlzeit eine fast leere Spülmaschine anstellen musste. Die Reinigungskräfte klingelten uns die ersten Tage morgens aus dem Bett, da das „Nicht Stören“ Schild fehlte. Dieses mussten wir uns dann selbst an der Rezeption beschaffen. Da die Eingangstür des Hotels aber immer mit voller Wucht laut ins Schloss fiel wurden wir in der 1. Etage aber sowieso ab 8 Uhr wach. Das Frühstück mit Bedienung ist in Ordnung, allerdings mit einem stets auszufüllenden Fragebogen etwas speziell. Nur ein Brötchen, Spiegel- oder Rührei oder eine Tasse Kaffee ist im Preis inkludiert, alles weitere kostet extra. Dafür konnte man aber merkwürdigerweise kostenlos Kuchen und Salate zusätzlich zum Frühstück bestellen. Auch muss man zu einer festgelegten Uhrzeit zum Frühstück erscheinen, die beim Check-in festgelegt wird.

A recepção foi excelente desde o início . A Sra Mariana tem uma atenção rara hoje em dia com os hospedes. O prédio histórico é totalmente renovado, a recepção é linda e interessante, o apartamento é super completo, me senti em casa. O banho é sensacional chuveiro com pressão de verdade. As roupas de cama são impecáveis e a limpeza chega a impressionar. Não consegui achar defeitos. A localização ao lado do cais do Sodré é do mercado é incrível. O restaurante embaixo serve com o mesmo empenho no jantar e o pequeno almoço tem muita qualidade, tendo também um excelente serviço. Parabéns ! Volto assim que puder !
