RESIDENCE HAMZA Cosy appartement only family à Gueliz

Magnifique appartement climatisé, excellent rapport qualité prix lors de notre séjour.

L'adresse était mal renseignée lors de notre réservation, mais je vois que l'annonce à été mise à jour. Difficultés à trouver l'endroit donc, mais qui ne devrait plus arriver.

It's such a lovely apartment, clean and cosy, with a fully equipped kitchen. Excellent central location with shops and restaurants nearby.

Smelly secound room bathroom, but it was grand.

The apartment was comfortable and the housekeeper was kind and helped us with whatever we asked for.

It was 30 minutes away from the touristic places but it's located in a very quite and safe area.

Availability for late arrival. Fully furnished. Individual aircon.

Could have shampoo/ shower gel

Everything is taken Care of as if you are staying at a 4 stars hotel. From towels, till handsoap, bags to do your groceries... Perfect to stay for a Family or by yourself.

location was good - quite close to kotoubia mosque and medina. Quite a lot of restaurants and shops close by.

There was a smell from the bathroom, that no matter how much we opened the windows etc., it didn't help. There was an additional hidden charge of 50 euros ("taxes") that we weren't made aware of until after the booking. On top of that, when I tried to clarify this with the host, she was rude and started shouting (I was just trying to understand what I was paying extra for). Additionally, she lied about caretaker needing to go home so we had to pay him urgently (caretaker told us he wasn't going anywhere) - very unprofessional. Microwave did not work.
