The riad is very beautiful, with stunning Moroccan decorations made of traditional zellige tiles and carved wood on the ceilings and doors that take your breath away with their charm. The riad is like a work of art that reflects the beauty and skill of traditional Moroccan craftsmanship. Communication with the management and the person in charge of reception was excellent. Special thanks to the lady who prepared a delicious breakfast for us at a reasonable price. There are three swimming pools and gardens on the premises. Shops and taxis are just a few steps away from the riad. The city center is close, about seven minutes by taxi, which costs only 12 dirhams (about €1.10). We will definitely return to the riad in the future and highly recommend it.

Alles, sehr schön und in einem super Ort. In der Nähe der Medina, man kann dorthin laufen. Es hat so viele Sachen wie Restaurants etc. gerade in der Nähe. Super Ort, kann ich höchstens empfehlen.

Le riad est une véritable merveille architecturale, très propre, spacieux et proche du centre-ville. L’accueil était chaleureux et le service était excellent. Nous avons commandé le petit-déjeuner, qui était délicieux, et la cuisinière nous a traités comme des princes. Toutes les commodités sont à proximité et à quelques mètres seulement, comme les cafés, les restaurants et les supermarchés. En ce qui concerne le prix, il est très raisonnable par rapport à d’autres riads dans lesquels nous avons déjà séjourné : ils étaient tout aussi beaux, mais beaucoup plus chers que ce riad. Je recommande vivement de réserver dans ce magnifique riad.

A charming, clean, and wonderful riad. The riad is a true architectural gem, very clean, spacious, and close to the city center. The welcome was warm and the service was excellent. We ordered breakfast, which was delicious, and the cook treated us like royalty. All amenities are nearby and just a few meters away, such as cafés, restaurants, and supermarkets. Regarding the price, it is very reasonable compared to other riads we have stayed in before; they were just as beautiful but much more expensive than this riad.

Seul bémol les canapés-lit étaient des canapés qui ne s'ouvraient pas mais confortables quand même.

Die Lage ist in der Nähe der Medina. Zum Flughafen sind es ca 30min und es kostet 20 EUR. Die Anlage hat ein paar Supermärkte und Restaurants. Der Schwimmingpool war im Dez geschlossen.

Wir waren im Dezember vor Ort und die Heizung hat nur sporadisch funktioniert. Wenn man das Riad verlässt schaltet dich die Heizung ab. es dauert lange bis die Räume warm werden. Nachts waren es ca 2 Grad und wir mussten die Heizung (Klimaanlage) auf 30 Grad stellen,um eine Grundwärme in das Objekt zu bekommen. Die Dachterrasse ist von einer hohen Mauer umgeben, sodass man eigentlich nichts sieht. Zudem ist das Dach sehr vermüllt und undicht. Eines der Bäder war verschimmelt. Die Waschmaschine funktioniert trocknet aber nicht. Es gibt nichts um die Wäsche aufzuhängen und keinen Wäscheservice vor Ort. Die Anlage ist recht gross - es empfiehlt sich, den lokalen Manager anzurufen und sich abholen zu lassen.Dieser spricht aber kein Englisch und kaum Französisch. Google translate ist daher pflicht. Es gibt viele Kleinigkeiten die nerven - Feuerzeug alle, altes Geschirr etc, was wir aber in Marokko erwartet haben.
