Sapta Villa Ubud by Omkara Experience

The property is absolutely stunning, beautifully decorated and very spacious. The location is also great, it’s located in a very quiet area surrounded by rice fields while still being relatively close to Ubud

Unfortunately the house was very dirty when we arrived, the floor was sandy and sticky, the cutlery was dirty, and there was mice poop everywhere in the floor. To be honest, it’s a bit of a shame because we absolutely loved the villa otherwise. I really hope the management fixes this because this place has a lot of potential when cleaned and maintained properly

The villa was even better than the photos. Great layout. Decor beautiful. Everything was clean. Great space for six people. The staff were attentive to everything we needed, offering daily cleaning and turndown services. They were happy and friendly. Pool was maintained well. Great location away from the hustle and bustle, but a short and easy walk to spas, Cocomart, and warungs. Gojek was easy to order for food and rides. Airconditioning in bedrooms was icy cold. We really enjoyed our stay here, and would come back with a group again.

The pool was great, but doesn't get much sun. There were odd little grains on the floor each day, which looked like termites. The dining/kitchen area could get very hot; a ceiling fan was above the lounge area, but the kitchen/dining could do with a ceiling fan or pedestal fan for comfort. The mattresses were very, very firm.

Die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr unkompliziert und angenehm. Wir waren bereits vorab über WhatsApp in Kontakt und es war gleich jemand da, als wir ankamen. Die Villa liegt sehr gut um Ubud zu erkunden - zwar nicht zu Fuß, aber mit Gojek, Crab oder einem Scooty perfekt und schnell zu erreichen. Das Team war uns bei der Suche nach einem Scooty behilflich und alles hat bestens funktioniert.

In einem Zimmer haben wir bei Anreise einen unangenehmen Geruch und etwas Feuchtigkeit festgestellt. Das Problem wurde jedoch bereits am nächsten Tag gelöst und wir bekamen eine Entschädigung. Das Frühstücksangebot könnte ausgebaut werden.

Open sitting area, privacy, fast response from the administration whatever we needed.

Cool pool water, the bathroom sink leaked - it was fixed the next day though, the toilet seat was wobbly , one power point in the upstairs bedroom was slightly disconnected from the wall.

The place is super clean and pool is nice! The staffs are so friendly and very responsive. I also asked them to arrange my friend’s birthday cake and flower bouquet during our stay; they were able to arrange it for me within two days with no additional charges. Whatever we are running out of water, toilet paper, towels, the staffs come and replace them as soon as they get informed.

I would say it is a bit far from the downtown area. Since the villa is at the end of the street, the area seemed a little bit sketchy. However, there are some local stores and a coffee shop near the villa (approximately 7 to 10 minutes walk).

This place is out of the town centre so needs to get a cab to go places even to grab quick bite or get some groceries
