L’emplacement est idéal et le vue est superbe. Le logement est décoré avec goût et est spacieux.

Beaucoup de difficultés rencontrées. Le code communiqué pour récupérer les clefs n’était pas le bon. Nous avons donc dû attendre pour le récupérer. Petit coup de stress lorsque nous voyons que nous sommes dehors sans pouvoir ouvrir en attendant la réponse du service client. Deuxième problème rencontré très vite : pas de chauffage (la clim fonctionne mais le chauffage ne chauffe pas) lorsqu’il fait 10 degrés dehors le manque se fait sentir. Si vous voulez prendre une douche pour vous réchauffer : le chauffe eau n’est pas branché. Agréable lorsqu’on s’en rend compte dans la douche. Une fois branché il faudra attendre plus d’une heure. L’eau chaude ne fait que passer car en 3 minutes l’eau chaude n’est déjà plus là. Il faut faire une douche très express ! L’évacuation de la douche est très mal pensée sans pente du coup impossible de ne pas inonder la salle de bain. Une succession de mauvaises surprises ! L’appartement est sous équipé vous ne pouvez pas brancher la plaque et le chauffe eau en même temps. Pas de torchons, pas d’éponge et de produit vaisselle donc impossible de faire le vaisselle. Couverts sales en arrivant. Je n’ai pas l’habitude de commenter mais là pour le tarif c’était vraiment scandaleux.

appartamento in un posizione super strategica ,un balcone con una vista mozzafiato. veramente stupendo. c'era tutto il necessario per il soggiorno anche il caffe.

The terrace and the location are amazing. The apartment overall is good.

When we got inside the house was cold, the heater works but it stops continuosly all the time every 10 minutes. In the shower the water was not going down, so all the water went around the bathroom and kitchen. We sent a message regarding the shower issue but no reply.

Somente da localização.

Instalação elétrica defeituosa. Ao precisar usar água quente para o banho ou ligar a chaleira elétrica ou o fogão tudo desligou. Ficamos no escuro, com medo de incêndio por curto-circuito e o administrador não fez nada. A cama fica no andar de cima (mezanino). Escadas bem íngremes, paredes descascadas. Não indico o lugar.

The view !

If you are over 30 and have large luggage DO NOT book this property. The entry stairs are absolutely lethal !! So narrow & steep they really do border on dangerous ! Then , there’s the stairs to the bedroom to navigate which aren’t much better . So for safety reasons we left our luggage on the floor in the living area which made our stay there even more uncomfortable as it is very small . There’s also the fact that the toilet is actually in the shower ! And the difficulty in getting from the parking at the station to the actual apartment is not as you are informed. The apartment is 350m from the gate of the old town but the actual station is another 15min walk away which to negotiate with luggage and the amount of people took three trips back & forward. While the view is very special the balcony is very small and quite uncomfortable as is the furniture in the apartment. There has been no thought given at all to the comfort of guests . There is also the fact that they have drilled a hole in the wall to install some makeshift type of air conditioner which just allows all the street noise to enter the building. It really is not a pleasant place to stay at all .
