Très bel emplacement. Superbe vue.

Pas de chaise ni de petite table dans la chambre. Manque d'éclairage. Lit trop petit. Petit déjeuner continental un peu léger ! L'insistance des serveurs pour le pourboire.

Pas grand chose honnêtement.

À nos amis français, fuyez ! - personnel désagréable au possible, arnaqueur, et au bar/resto ne prennent pas la commande en dessous de 10€. Obliger de venir les voir 3 ou 4 fois !! - chambre minuscule avec des odeurs d’égouts, béton sale et brut au sol, et lit extra dur. J’ai fait bcp d’hôtel au Mexique, et c’était sans doute le pire, et de loins. - nourriture exécrable, cher et mal cuisiné. J’ai été malade dès le second jour. - Hôtel loin du centre névralgique de l’île, quartier en travaux, la journée c’est le bruit des scies et des marteaux piqueur au programme ! Sympa non ? - l’eau de la piscine est trouble. La plage est bourré de sargasse, et des cubes de bétons enfouies sous l’eau. On s’y fait mal quand on y prend un bain. Quand je vous disais que rien n’allait . Bref, il y a bien mieux au même prix dans les environ.

Private rooftop patio with our penthouse suite was gorgeous. Friendly, helpful staff. Good location, 10 min stroll to town. Lots of nice restaurants right around the hotel, maximum 3 minutes walk. Clean beachfront, kept very clear of sargassum. Food and cocktails at the restaurant were excellent, but very expensive.

Severe lack of kitchen utensils, cutlery, plates in the penthouse. If you're someone who likes to cook, like me, you'll be disappointed. Garbage quality pots and pans and utensils. ONLY 4 DINNER PLATES. ONLY 2 BOWLS. NO MIXING BOWLS, NO SERVING BOWL OR SERVING PLATES. NO STORAGE CONTAINERS. My family and I travel the world, staying in hotels/air BnB's, this is easily the worst appointed kitchen I've encountered in 15 years. We were given ONE dish towel for our 2 week stay. The cleaning staff never replaced it. It smelled disgusting. The unit has 4 bathrooms (2 ensuites, 1 powder room, 1 full bathroom on rooftop) - the cleaning staff ONLY put towels in the 2 ensuites. In 2 weeks, we had neither bath towels nor hand towels in 2 of our bathrooms. The cleaning staff rarely provided toilet tissue - we had to go to the front desk and ask for it. There are overhead lights in the open concept kitchen/living room - 3 out of 4 of them were burnt out. The kitchen sink was constantly clogged. Each time we washed dishes there was a disgusting, smelly back-log of water in the sink. The water in the showers heated up quickly, but did not last more than 5 minutes. As long as you're quick, not a problem. But if you're someone who likes a long, relaxing hot shower, beware. The wifi in the unit was spotty (not the hotel's fault, I understand). The front desk staff were very kind, but several of them did not have great communication skills beyond Spanish, contrary to Hau's website claims. In the evenings, we had great difficulty finding staff to assist us with anything. We would walk to the front desk, find the office empty, and sit there for anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes until someone appeared. Timely communication is severely lacking at this property. The included breakfast is fresh fruit, a very small portion of plain yogurt and granola, a small cookie/pastry which changes daily, and coffee or tea which was typically cold.

La réceptionniste très agréable le personnel du du bar souriant et serviable, la chambre simple et propre spacieuse.

Un peu excentree du centre, le fait qu’il ne propose du all inclusive ou demi pension et petit déjeuner imposé pas le choix sur un buffet même mini ou un menu.
