Great location, rooftop pool was perfect for relaxing in the evening and watching the sunset.

King bed was in what I would consider a guest room, queen bed was in the room with the view and attached bathroom. No hot water and the roof tank was beige so didn’t get much sun heat.

The property is in a nice quiet part of Playa del Carmen that is still close enough to the action. There are great restaurants and grocery stores nearby including our favorite organic fruit market. The pool is great, the rooms are comfortable and cool and the wifi, air conditioning, etc all work fantastically. Full kitchen with everything you need. Really a fantastic value for the quality and location of the property.

The only issue we experienced was an occasional lack of water pressure - not sure if this was a citywide issue or specific to the property though.

my 4 friends and I stayed at maya roof top for 7 days and we had an overall awesome time. the location of the apartment is just perfect and the rooftop provides much space to spend relaxing evenings. Sabrina was very fast in responding and even though we arrived much later than expected she came to give us the key show us around the apartment. sabrina was very helpful and responsive. she even left a big bag of coffee for us to use. thanks again!!! when one of our bedroom doors accidentally got locked from the inside Sabrina immediately took care of it and eventually paid someone to open the door again. thanks as well!

we were 5 poeple that stayed for 7 days. the supplies could have been planned better. we had to buy paper towels, some toilet paper, soap, detergent to clean the dishes and trash bags. that should be included in my view. unfortunately, the pool pump was extremely loud. it would help if visitors knew how to switch it off occasionally to enjoy a relaxing evening.

Perfect location, close to the best section of PdC but very quiet. Proprietors were pleasant. Air conditioners were quiet and perfect temperature. Great layout, lots of space, lots of light. Building is very well maintained.

Some of appliances could use updating to be honest (the washing machine did not work during our stay). The wifi was not strong either with no internet connection for the TV but the owners took the initiative to have a technician come in during our stay to fix the issue as they had new guests coming in right after us. It definitely would have made our stay more relaxing if this had been doing before or after our visit.
