Lisbon Finestay 8 Building Apartments

You are paying for the location. It was located in a great neighborhood near Time Out Market.

The apartment needs some fixing. The bathroom was clean but the shower was black with mold. The water return was broken. The bathroom door needed to be repaired. The bathroom needed to be painted. The Living Room rug was stained.

We like the location and that we could go to the rooftop bar.

Reception staff were curt and not very helpful. In addition, lack of mirrors and counter space in the bathroom for the number of bedrooms made it challenging for getting ready to go out.

This apartment is fantastic. It is very clean very comfortable and the location is perfect. Timeout is right under the apartment building and the area is so safe. Every thing you need is in a waking distance. The check in is very easy and staff are helpful

The apartment didn’t have a washing machine and the elevator broke on us

The apartment was spacious, very modern, and well designed. It was comfortable, clean, and had everything needed for a pleasant stay.

The only thing I didn’t like was the lack of mirrors in the bedrooms. Apart from that, everything else was very good.

Location near Central transport hub. 8 Building was well run and security was good. Breakfast delivery was good and reliable.

Various maintenance issues were poor. Fridge door dragged on floor so was difficult to open. Impossible to access freezer compartment as couldn't open fridge door fully. Power supply tripped when we tried to use oven to cook a pizza. Bathroom door also dragged on floor so only opened half way. Very noisy air conditioning blowing directly onto bed. Ultra firm bed.

Gostamos do espaço do apartamento que é grande e confortável, as toalhas de banho e a ótima localização. Tem guarda-roupa espaçoso para nossas malas e roupas, o apartamento é moderno e as camas confortáveis. O chuveiro é quentinho e as toalhas de banho brancas grossas e macias. Não cozinhamos no apartamento, mas utilizamos alguns utensílios para um fazer um lanche. Fomos na Primavera, o apartamento recebia sol e brisa pelas janelas, mantenho o ambiente confortável. Não tivemos problemas então não acionamos o anfitrião, entretanto o contato era direto pelo whatssap. Recomendamos tomar café da manhã na Pastelaria popular da bica, que fica 150 m, próximo dalí. A localização é o ponto forte. No rooftop tem um restaurante/bar, o Java, com linda vista, vale a pena conhecer no por do sol.

Faltou espaço para pendurar e secar as toalhas de banho dentro do banheiro principalmente. Sentimos falta de espelho nos quartos. E na cozinha, falta iluminação para utilizar a pia a noite, talvez uma fita de led resolveria. Como o box do chuveiro não tem porta, sentimos que fica um pouco mais frio
