USThe name is saying everything "Cozy" ! Clean, cute and elegant. Grocery store Mega Image across the street. Many restaurants nearby. Tram and Subway ( Metrou ) around the corner just few steps away.

UAWe lived in another appartment, bc this exact appartment was flooded right before we arrived. Landlord offered bigger appartment near Bucureşti Mall (not far from this object). That another appartment was good, cozy and comfy. Landlord was always available and helpful. Me and my boyfriend are totally happy with that place. Good neighborhood in sector 3, quiet and friendly neighbours.
There was not much kitchen stuff like knives and forks from the beginning. But landlord delivered everything quickly after our request.
ROI liked the location of the block, it was in a good area where you could easily access supermarkets, the metro station was 4 minutes away by foot and also the tram was very close.
On the day of my arrival, the cleaning service hasn’t arrived at all, I was told there was a problem with the traffic due to extreme weather conditions (hot temperatures, not rainy weather) and they didn’t arrive that day at all… Cleaning supplies were missing, no toilet paper, no laundry detergent, the wifi wasn’t working properly, the doors of the dressing were both broken, missing clean bed sheets, clean towels, POOR COMMUNICATION between me and the host (they didn’t answer the phone& messages at all)… I don’t recommend staying here, I don’t know if I got unlucky or if this wasn’t their first dispute with a client but I will definitely never book another one of their properties. Fortunately, I managed to get a 2 nights refund for these issues, even though there were even more problems but I’m just going to avoid naming them here.
