Tout. Très bien situé. Place de stationnement devant la porte et gratuit. Beaucoup d’espace dans l’appartement. Très propre. Deux toilettes.

Very large and spacious, easy access and parking.

Could do with a lick of paint in places but everything was clean.

Price was good. This is really close to shops and Anfield stadium (home of liverpool). Parking was free and close by.

I booked this accommodation for me and my bridesmaids to stay at, on the night before my wedding (1st of Aug) because the location was good for us. I spoke to Russ on the 15th of July to ask about the possibility of checking out later on the morning of my wedding. He said we can definitely check out at 11 am, and potentially even at 12 pm if I ring him the day before so he can confirm if that works with his cleaner's schedule. Unfortunately I didn't have this conversation in writing even though he said he can check out at 11 am. As we agreed, I called Russ many times (11 times) on the number provided on booking.com to confirm the check out time and also because the door handle to the bathroom was broken meaning we couldn't use the bathroom for most of the evening. I messaged him on booking.com about this too. There was no response from Russ that night and I was very stuck on what I could do. Luckily for us, the door handle started working later that evening, but we still used the toilet without locking it as we were worried about it getting stuck again. The following morning (of my wedding) the cleaner had arrived at the accommodation at 10 am and we had no choice but to leave the apartments earlier than we had planned and agreed. Russ declined he agreed to a later check out and demanded we leave the property immediately. Despite me explaining to him that this is the morning of my wedding, and I had tried calling him multiple times, he showed no leeway and said he didn't receive any calls from me. Regarding the broken bathroom handle, he replied to my message on booking.com on the following morning apologising and saying he hopes it didn't ruin our stay too much. It was by pure luck that the handles had worked for us, what if it hadn't? Overall the customer service was very poor and I had a bad experience at this property due to this reason.
