"Good location for us but not at all a cosy flat and not good value for the money."

The location was chosen as it was near the botanical gardens

The flat was described as cosy......unfortunately it was quite bare as it had been stripped of “niceties “ as it was up for sale. The estate agents blurb was inside and board outside. The flat was “ managed “ by an agent who charged the owner for this service. They demanded quite a lot of details including our age, gender, address and a photo before they would give the key lock number. They had not checked the flat ........light bulbs didn’t function (including the bathroom!). It was positioned over a fish and chip shop/ kebab take away. Luckily we were only there 3 nights.
