The apartment did not have gas, which we only realized when we tried to cook, so the stovetop was unusable. This was not mentioned before check-in. Later we learned the gas had been shut off building-wide due to a scheduled inspection. We were told a technician would come at 9:00 AM and adjusted our plans, but after waiting nearly an hour, no one arrived. This caused unnecessary stress during a very short stay and forced us to change our dinner plans last minute. Clear communication about essential utilities would have been appreciated.

ILGBThe excellent location we could walk to many of the attractions. Some we just got the bus which was also very close to where we stayed.
The kitchen should have a bit more utensils like spatula, ladle or colander.
