Gym was nice and location is good. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was also good

I experienced some difficulty in obtaining my final invoice, which caused a bit of inconvenience during checkout. Streamlining this process would greatly improve the guest experience. The generator switched on and off multiple times throughout the night, and the noise level was quite disruptive—it felt as though the unit was very close to my room. I would recommend exploring ways to reduce the sound impact of the generator, especially during nighttime hours.

The staff were really professional and the food was worth it. Mulenga at the restaurant and Robinson at the reception went out of their way and were so helpful. The rooms were clean and what was in the pictures was actually what was on ground. The food was excellent
