Tunny Cottage in Old Town Scarborough

I was not keen on having to go upstairs to the living room. Also the outside yard area needs fixing all the concrete was cracked holes everywhere. You had no outside seating to sit in comfort. I would recommend having a couple of fold up garden chairs to sit and relax.

It was very well maintained, well equipped, has modern facilities and furnishings. The location was good.

We would have preferred a firmer mattress. But the one provided is more than adequate 👍

We have just spent a long weekend at Tunny Cottage. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My first impressions of Tunny Cottage were how clean it was and that it has been renovated to a very high standard. The cottage is well-equipped with kitchen Utensils, a powerful shower and a hairdryer. The location is ideal for families and also couples. The cottage itself is on a quiet street but only a 5-minute walk to the seafront, where there are arcades, pubs, restaurants, the beach and much more to explore. There are lovely dog-friendly pubs and lovely walks within minutes of the cottage. A lovely cosy, homely feel cottage that I would highly recommend.

The location is brilliant and is local to the town centre and to local shops pubs and the beach. This place is a credit to the owners, we have been coming to Scarborough for many years now and this place is certainly in the top three we would definitely stay here again.

There was nothing we can think of to dislike everything you need is catered for and so well organised for your stay a home from home.

The cottage is very cosy, clean and in a good location for both beach and local market and shops.
