Good location close to conference

Dirty bathroom with hair on the floor. Very old and grubby. Bed lumpy and uncomfortable

apartement is good size and location. the basic amenities are there.

the bed was broken on one side and made sleeping uncomfortable. The bathroom was little bit dirty and only one roll of toilet paper was given, it was not enough.

The only real good thing about this apartment is location and that owner gives clear instructions how to find it. But the apartment is in such bad shape that even with location being super i would not recommend it.

At first look you would say evertyhing is okay but a minute you start looking into details it is awful, if we weren’t already tired i could not sleep in that bed. BED SHEETS LOOK USED, the matress completely worn out plus i found a DEAD BUG in the bed. I used my own blanket and towel to cover myself with because the bed looked used. The bathtub is maybe 1m long with step in it so i get it why the shelf beside is crooked since i had to catch myself 2 times on it not to fall. Bathroom looked unclean with spiderwebs everywhere but that is not the worst part. I BURNED MY FOOT while stepping out of the shower since the pipes are on the ground beside bathtub are extremly hot. Curtains are hanging by a hanger and are not covering sun light. I would avoid this accommodation if possible.

Location, it is easy parking around and also easy check-in first time.

The bed and pillows were the main problem (Need to change the pillows and the mattress), and there was also a missing curtain that let in a lot of light at night. the second time I stayed at the place, I had to write proactively to check in.. i was waiting the same messange like first time but never arrived.

The property is in a good location. The host is polite and helpful.

We arrived late in the evening and we had no hot water or heating. The host sorted this fast after we reported it the next day. One of the windows is not locking properly ( kind of like half locked half not type of situation) and it does not have a curtain which makes privacy an issue. The bathroom boiler even when it works it runs out of hot water quickly. It does have like a basement smell although it's on the ground floor.

Nothing there is nothing to like about the property

There wasn’t hot water at all I couldn’t take a shower for three days I’ve stayed there and he charged me 100£ with not even having water even the curtains were broken

The location is perfect. It couldn't be better. It's a few minutes walk to the Christmas market by the palace and to the old town. We parked the car very easily. It's also very good for carrying suitcases, as it's directly on the ground floor. A small studio house. It was very clean. There were all kinds of neccesarry items (Tv, well working internet, glasses, cups, kettle, small refrigerator, coffe maker, plates, iron, washing machine, hair dryer... etc). We went with our big dog and there was no problem. It's nice to have a separate dining area and bedroom area. There were plugs everywhere. There were lots of light switches.

The upper part of left side windows did not close completely and both noise and cold came from there. We tried to prevent the cold by making curtains a barrier but the curtains were too tight-narrow and some parts had come off their rails and would not close completely the window. The curtains not closing completely also caused a privacy problem. Good news, there was no window very close to the opposite side, but it may be a problem depending on your understanding of privacy. On the other hand, the bed was old and not very comfortable, the pillows were very thin and uncomfortable. We are not people who get very cold, but the duvet was not enough, but we managed to get rid of the cold by turning the heating on more. Maybe a spare blanket and pillow can be placed in the closet. The bathtub was very small. For a plus size person like me, I didn't even think about sitting down, but it was very difficult to stand up and everywhere was getting wet. There was no air conditioning. Since we came in the winter, we didn't feel the need to open the windows, but it might be a problem in the summer. There are no mosquito nets on the windows and the street is noisy. So it would be impossible to sleep with the windows open.
