Modern Gambrel Cabin Near Ski Resorts

The space was clean and updated. Appreciated the updated finishes. The property met all our needs and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the trail right outside the back door. It made potty walks with the dogs that much easier and enjoyable. We appreciated the fans since Truckee homes don't typically have AC and the weather was warm during the day. The house heated up during the day and we definitely needed the fans at night to sleep.

Our only issue was how warm the home got during the day and it didn't cool off at night. The rooms, especially upstairs were warm at night. We did utilize the fans and portable AC units which are nice. We would have left the back patio doors open only we saw a bear on the street and didn't think that a safe option.

We were 2 families and our kids loved this house. Especially, the Pac man machine. The house was very cozy and had everything we needed for cooking at home and resting in the evenings after full day of skiing. The location is great, only 2-3 mins drive from Tahoe Donner Ski resort's parking lot. We will definitely come back.

The cabin was perfectly located just off the road but it felt secluded. The bedrooms were comfortable and the master bathroom was gorgeous. Everything was truly great.

Washer didn't work unless I pushed a heavy bin in front to keep the door latched, and the dryer was so loud we had to leave when we turned it on, but that was okay because we times it with our outings

The house was amazing. Modern, clean. My only complaint is it was pretty hot in there. I appreciate you having the ac units you had, but it was uncomfortable during the day.

I didn't know that you had to pay to get into the Trout Creek rec center. It was extremely expensive too. All of the communication made it sound like we had full access with the guest passes, but you don't.
