Actually not a big deal but it might be scary in night. If you are a girl and going alone, make sure that you got a tough spirit haha.

Our stay at this apartment in Budapest was highly disappointing and far below acceptable standards. Despite being advertised as suitable for six people, the conditions were unacceptable. From the first day, there was no hot water, making it impossible to shower comfortably. The kitchen was poorly maintained, with dirty dishes and utensils, and the stovetop functioned extremely slowly, making cooking a frustrating experience. Basic necessities such as toilet paper were not provided, forcing us to purchase our own. One room had a broken bed and a non-functioning TV, further diminishing our comfort. The ventilation throughout the apartment was inadequate, resulting in a constant unpleasant smell, and one of the rooms had visible mold on the walls. Unfortunately, this led to one member of our group developing a fungal infection after staying in that room. Despite multiple attempts to contact the property via the phone number provided on Booking.com to resolve the issue with the boiler, our messages and calls were completely ignored. Given the unacceptable living conditions and lack of support from the property, we believe a full refund is justified and request immediate action to address this matter.

Great location with a good choice of reasonably restaurants and cafes nearby. Close to everything. Apartment was in a quiet, secure location.

Poorly equipped, especially for large groups, with insufficient cups, glasses etc. No instructions for heating the apartment and the only heating provided is noisy hot blowers in each bedroom. Thin curtains let light inside. Not enough toilet roll provided and no toiletries provided at all. No mattress or pillow protectors the beds and cleaning was not very thorough with dust bunnies in the bedrooms. Instructions to enter the apartment could be improved (front door is not a gate) and the apartment has no number on it to identify it. The front door key pad needs a light touch in order to avoid ringing other people's apartments by mistake. It wasn't as bad as we had feared from other reviews before we arrived but the owner needs to up their game as there are higher quality places to stay in Budapest which are cheaper and I wouldn't stay here again.

Very central location. Close to a lot of main attractions such as the thermal baths, ruin bars and markets all 10 min walk. Apartment was clean & secure location.
