I booked the room for 11 jan night and checked in on 12 jan 9.45am, then too the room was not ready. Extremy untidy room, dirty bed linen, which was changed on asking for it, no soap, gave only one towel though we are couple, I asked for second towel, but they didn't gave, however we managed. Geyser was of 3lit and not properly working, so they gave an immersion rod to heat the water. Asked to checkout by 11am on 12jan, but then looking at so many short comings the allowed checkout by 1.30pm. Hotel is new but the managemebt only want to extract money without giving any upto the mark facilities. Booking.com should not encourage such property, as it brings bad name to the company. Never recommend anybody to stay.
