MXnothing was acceptable. I notified the management of issues immediately and they were not solved until I was ready to leave
The entire apartment smelled of strong chemicals. I woke in middle of the night choking from the smell coming from the bed I was on. I informed the management and nothing was done to fix the smell until the last night i stayed during a 3 day stay. I believe the chemical smell came from a plastic mattress cover under the sheets. The entire apartment was immersed in a smell chokingly strong and bad. I informed the management right away and nothing was done until hours before my last rest in the apartment. I cannot believe that the housekeeping staff were unaware of how strong the odor was but no one corrected the problem for the first two days of my stay because of an excuse that they knocked but i was not there... even though management had been using my whatsapp account constantly and had never messaged to see if they could enter when i didnt answer the door. A HUGE FAIL on their part and I slept on the uncomfortable sofa away from the bed for 2 nights with a still strong odor coming from the bedroom because the only AC was in the bedroom so the door had to stay open to that room.
