"Great place to stay if you love Laura Ingalls Wilder Little House Books!"

Beautiful home, nicely decorated according to the time period. Very close to Charles and Caroline Ingalls’ home. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, owner. We enjoyed our stay.

Eric & Rob are great hosts, know the local history Gorgeous old house, with beautiful decor in every space. Holds with De Smet theme of Laura Ingalls Wilder's family history, stands 3 doors east of Ma & Pa Ingalls' home Breakfast was great, made fresh to order.

There's nothing truly negative to say! Bedroom space a little tight, no more so than expected in a house built before queen beds :-) Our mattress was comfy but rolled to center a little bit.

"Heaven on the prairie"

Nothing short of excellence in all aspects of this facility. The management, guests and facility were All superior and would recommend anyone visiting in the DeSmet area make this their first choice they will not be disappointed.

There was nothing not to like.
