Giulia was an exceptional host, probably the best I've experienced on Booking.com. She provided very detailed instructions prior to arrival and provided excellent communication while we stayed, even helping with questions about the city of Como and restaurant suggestions. She also offered us a late checkout which was wonderful as we had just arrived and were very jetlagged. The apartment was in a great location, comfortable and as described.
