The Plumb Townhouse in Warwick Centre

The Plumb House is the perfect place to stay. Comfortable, tastefully decorated, much larger than it looks from the outside and in a great location. Lots of thought has gone into giving guests a great stay - we were delighted to find a Christmas tree and a hamper full of treats! The property is superbly hosted by Kristy who was exceptionally responsive and helpful before our arrival, accomodated an extra guest at the last minute and was very gracious when we met because we were running a bit late at check out! 10/10 and gold stars all round!

The location is exceptionally close to all the amenities you could need. It was cosy and comfortable , ideal for 2 nights we were staying. We parked easily and didn’t need to drive again until we left.

We’re country bumpkins so the busy road opposite, the noise was initially a worry. However, once in the we barely noticed it.

Just personal preference but beds a little soft

The best bit was we could sit & chill as a group of an evening Facilities were good, we had everything we needed It was about a 15 minute walk into the town

Only one bedroom had an on suite The Main bathroom for the other bedroom was downstairs.

Location was great for exploring Warwick.

Lovely clean place. Well equipped. Good location, quiet. Comfortable beds. Very easy check in. Good value for money. Warm cosy. Ideal for two couples and nice little extras provided toiletries and a welcome pack

Maybe an instruction book for the cooker but we may have missed where it was.
